NB: For payments made by bank transfer, any administration costs charged by the bank are the entire responsibility of the participant.
NB: Bank transfer payments need to state the name of the participant in order to be considered as valid payment.
GENERAL REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
On-line registration
The on-line registration facility will close on May 30, at 12h00 (noon local time).
However, should the maximum number of participants be reached before May 30, the on-line registration will close issuing an automatic e-mail message to those interested in registering for the event.
On-site registration
Registration onsite Centro Cultural de Bélem, on the day of the event, is subject to space availability.
Please be informed that the cost of registration onsite is 135,00 € per person.
Registration cancellation policy
Receipt of written cancellation until and on May 01, 2012: Full refund of the Registration, less a 10 € handling charge, will be granted.
Receipt of cancellation after May 01, 2012: No refund of Registration Fee will be granted.
Cancellations and registration alterations must be made in writing to the Fórum Secretariat at e-mail: accessafricaforum.pt@leading.pt
Any costs arising in connection with cancellations and/or alterations of registrations will be charged to the participant.
